I've seen similar ornaments for sale elsewhere. Why should I buy from Hibbis?

Hibbi's products are hand finished to a quality rather than a price and tend to offer better value, as you are buying
direct from the maker.

Why do ranges seen in the Products page open in a new window?

Simple! This is a navigation issue - the alternative (opening products within the main frame) would mean that
there would have to be a LOT more navigation buttons. Opening product ranges in a new page allows bigger
images than would otherwise be possible.

How much are the ornaments?

The prices may be viewed (and downloaded) in.pdf format from the Price information page. Portable Document Format
files may be read by Adobe Reader software - a free utility that will be pre-installed on many home computers.
We have included a link to download the software but for this you need a broadband connection (ADSL) as the
file is quite large and will take a LONG time with 56k dial up Internet.

Can you deliver my ornaments?

That depends on where you live and how many ornaments you buy. Our van is available for deliveries in our region.

Do you post ornaments?

Many ornaments are heavy and this would make posting some items very expensive, so the only ornaments
we can post are metal sculptures. Contact us for more details.

Why does my metal sculpture not look exactly the same as the one in the catalogue?

If you order an Ibis or Fish Eagle (for example) the product you receive will be very similar to the catalogue
but each metal sculpture is unique with subtle differences from the next one.

If I live outside your delivery area - can I buy your ornaments?

Probably! Hibbis are regular attenders at garden shows and craft fairs further afield – see the News and Events page for details.

Can you set up my ornaments for me?

We don't offer this service but it is most projects are within the scope of DIYers although with water features we
recommend that a suitably qualified electrician be consulted.

How big exactly are the ornaments?

Many people ask us this! Some ornaments are available in different sizes but in time we aim to add this
information to the Products page.

How should I look after my ornaments?

Part of the beauty of gardens is the way they change with the seasons. Over time, ornaments will become
weathered, as part of a natural ageing process. In general, use only water and avoid strong chemicals.

I've only got a small garden – have you any suitable ornaments?

Some of our ornaments are very compact but if you are short of space why not consider one of our wall plaques ?
